Instruction: How to Obtain or Restore your Password
This instruction will help you obtain or recover your password for accessing your personal account.
1. Go to the “Member Area” section by clicking on the lock icon in the upper right corner of the page.
2. On the page’s form, click on the “Need to restore password?” link.
3. Enter your registered email address in the field that you provided during your registration on our website.
4. Check your email. Look for an email from our website, ISLA. If needed, check your SPAM folder, as in some cases, the email might end up there.
5. Follow the link provided in the email and set a new password.
6. The password should be the same in both fields. Try to avoid using a simple password.
7. Click on the lock icon in the upper right corner of the page to access your personal account.

8. Congratulations! You have successfully logged into your personal account.
