A qualified senior lawyer and counsel with an intellectual legal experience in multiple jurisdictions in the Middle East Region combining 13+ PQE as a private practice lawyer and in-house counsel, with an intense focus on Sports Law and Sports Management industry.
Advising a broad range of industries and commercial businesses and represented globally-famous brands in various business and legal transactions. Specialized multiple areas of law practice including Sports law Commercial law, Corporate, Compliance, Dispute Resolution, Employment, IP, Competition, Regulatory and Data Protection. Currently heading the Legal function at Al Jazira Football Club in the United Arab Emirates, with direct exposure to sports matters, players contracts, commercial sports and corporate governance. Obtained a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Global Sports Management and Sports Law at ISDE University (Sponsored by FC Barcelona Club) and admitted as a Solicitor to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2010.
